Our jewellery is made to order. Within 2 weeks we can deliver your jewellery. If you are in a hurry, we can arrange 9 days delivery with express. Some popular pieces we hold in stock for next day delivery.

Standard delivery for order above 39.99 euros is free of charge worldwide. 

RETURN

Returns are free of charge. Please email us to claim your return. If you have a complaint, please take a picture or email us your point of view. We process your case and get back to you within 24 hours.

We grant you the possibility to return your order 7 days after receipt. The only condition is that the product have not been used. Make sure to always include the original packaging. You can get a full refund or change to another size or product.

Exceptions are jewellery with engraving, and all items under the "wedding" page as they are custommade, where we offer no exchange or refund.

REFUND POLICY

Charlotte & Shine shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and we will refund your purchase minus our shipping cost.
